Tom Clay
Thomas Clay was born in Winchester in the early 80s and grew up in the Hampshire countryside.
Most of his childhood was spent surrounded by music in one form or another, both his father and Uncle being accomplished guitarists and songwriters in their own right.
After being in a series of different bands and moving from Bristol, to London to Los Angeles, trying to find his sound. Thomas finally returned to England in 2001 and moved to London with a clear mind and a focus for his music.
He started writing daily and, thanks to the help of people like Stefan Booth (co-writer of a Better man and the best set of pipes in the business), Adam Mendez (sound engineer and all round fantastic music man) and Jon K (producer/Rock guru), was able to start laying some tunes down. Thomas has been playing around London for the last year and, armed with his demo, has been stirring up interest in, among others, Sony Music, Warner Music and Sanctuary.
